I do think anger is effective in getting results to a degree. It all depends on how you express your anger. For example I purchased two 16,oz bottles of Pepsi Cola at a local, convienc store. the total is one dollar and fifty cents. I pay with a ten dollar bill the clerk in return gives me two dollars and fifty cents change. I inform her that I gave her a ten dollar bill, she insists I gave her a five dollar bill. Do I get angry and proceede to retrive my balance from the cash register? or asult the cashier verbally and physically. Or do I request to speak to a manager who corrects the sitituation by giving me the correct change in turn I remain free of convict status. In which case releasing anger is effective.
